低空经济是战略性新兴产业,低空物流是低空经济的重要组成部分和关键场景,对于推动低空经济发展具有关键作用。文章针对低空物流的范式特征、场景逻辑等展开研究,并结合发展现实提出推进策略。研究认为,低空物流依赖低空交通方式,低空交通是立体交通新范式,相较于公路、铁路等传统物流方式,低空物流优势与劣势并存。文章解构了作业类、安全类、出行类等低空经济和低空物流应用场景以及城市配送、空中出租车等典型场景,总体看来低空物流能够解决传统物流方式诸多痛点。研究提出,完善低空物流发展的基础保障、加强低空物流关键技术突破与应用、优化低空空域管理机制、推动产业生态体系构建等促进低空物流发展的策略。
Abstract:Low-altitude economy is a strategic emerging industry, and low-altitude logistics is an important part and key scenario of low-altitude economy, which plays a key role in promoting the development of lowaltitude economy. This paper studies the paradigm characteristics and scenario logic of low-altitude logistics,and puts forward the promotion strategy in combination with the development reality. The study believes that low-altitude logistics relies on low-altitude transportation, which is a new paradigm of three-dimensional transportation, and compared with traditional logistics methods such as highways and railways, low-altitude logistics has advantages and disadvantages. It shows unique advantages in terms of efficiency and cost, but at the same time, it also faces constraints such as technology and safety. This paper combines the comparative analysis of four traffic paradigms, such as low-altitude transportation and highway and railway, to analyze the characteristics of the new three-dimensional transportation paradigm of low-altitude logistics. The paper analyzes the application scenarios of low-altitude economy and low-altitude logistics such as operation, safety,and travel, as well as typical scenarios such as urban distribution and air taxis, and generally looks like lowaltitude logistics can solve many pain points of traditional logistics methods. The study proposes strategies to promote the development of low-altitude logistics, such as improving the basic guarantee for the development of low-altitude logistics, strengthening the breakthrough and application of key technologies of low-altitude logistics, optimizing the management mechanism of low-altitude airspace, and promoting the construction of industrial ecosystem.
